Personality is on Its Own
Our character is made up of our moral values, beliefs and personality. It is reflected in our actions and behavior. It has to be kept carefully at any cost. Good moral character and reputation means honesty and truthfulness, trustworthiness and credibility, and professional commitment to legal process and the administration of justice, as well as the condition of being regarded as possessing such qualities.
Character is a very important factor in human life as it determines how we think, speak and act, which then determines what results we get in life. If we want to have a good, happy and successful life then we have to build our character. Good character is more important than health or happiness. When someone always appears to do the right thing, we tend to classify that person as having high moral standards. Similarly, when a person is consistently negative, we tend to think of him as having a pessimistic outlook.
There are many hurdles to get success in life and it takes character and hard work to overcome these hurdles. Our character also helps us a lot in not being afraid of criticisms. Remember that personality development doesn't just mean looking good and wearing expensive brands. It is also about developing one's inner self and being a good person. More than anyone else, you are accountable to yourself.
Don't do anything you are not sure about yourself. A person panics only when he is ashamed of his actions. Character is something a person is born with and rarely changes with time unlike behavior. Integrity is the inherent character of a person which will never change irrespective of his position or circumstance. You cannot force a person to be loyal to your organization or your family members. Character is something that comes from within and is often long lived. A good character helps you develop a winning personality.
In other words, a good character is the backbone of a magnetic personality that attracts other people.
