We often see balloon sellers, to increase their sales, they release a red balloon filled with helium gas in the air, then the balloon rises up in the air. Seeing this, a small child curiously asked him, "If you release a white balloon, will it also rise in the air." To this the balloon seller replied lovingly, "Son, the balloon does not fly because of its colour, but because of what is inside it.

Exactly the same thing applies to our life as well. Precious are the things that exist within us. What separates us from others, elevates us is our attitude. We are surprised that some individuals, companies or countries are more successful than others.

This is not a secret. Both the way of working and the way of thinking of such people are effective. They know how to make work effective by capitalizing on the most precious resources. Because the biggest capital is human resource. The success of any person, organization or country depends on the qualities of its people.

If the attitude of the people is positive and they are filled with desire to work, then they will work together. It reduces the chances of loss. Loyalty increases, a sense of brotherhood is transmitted.
