Responsibility an Iternal Motivation

Intrinsic motivation is our inner satisfaction. Or the motivation is not for success or victory but for the inner fulfillment that comes from the feeling of having accomplished something. Motivation has more to do with a sense of fulfillment than with achieving a goal. Where it is necessary to identify the motivation, it is also necessary to keep it strong. Two things are very important in motivation, they are recognition and responsibility.

Responsibility gives a person a sense of responsibility and belonging, in which a person starts thinking of himself as a part of a bigger work. Lack of responsibility makes a person unmotivated. The happiness obtained by paying the price does not last long. On the contrary, if someone is impressed by your words and acts on them, then you get emotional happiness. The feeling of doing a job in a right manner is a motivation in itself.

Intrinsic motivation is doing an activity for its inherent satisfaction rather than for some separable result. When intrinsically motivated, a person is motivated to perform a task for the sake of entertainment or challenge, rather than for external products, pressures, or rewards. Intrinsic motivation involves doing something because it is personally beneficial to you. Extrinsic motivation involves doing something because you want to earn a reward or avoid punishment.

A motivationally effective person is one who knows his job and how to do it, so he will do it happily and to the best of his ability. While the work capacity of an unmotivated person is improvised. He himself does not work properly and makes fun of those who do the right thing. He opposes every new idea and only spreads gloom all around. Intrinsic motivation is an important factor in ensuring continuity of work, completing a project, and finding solutions. Positive affect is also associated with intrinsic motivation. Love for work is an important component of creative work.
