Intrinsic motivation is our inner satisfaction. Or the motivation is not for success or victory but for the inner fulfillment that comes from the feeling of having accomplished something. Motivation has more to do with a sense of fulfillment than with achieving a goal. Where it is necessary to identify the motivation, it is also necessary to keep it strong. Two things are very important in motivation, they are recognition and responsibility. Responsibility gives a person a sense of responsibility and belonging, in which a person starts thinking of himself as a part of a bigger work. Lack of responsibility makes a person unmotivated. The happiness obtained by paying the price does not last long. On the contrary, if someone is impressed by your words and acts on them, then you get emotional happiness.
