WhatsApp Shopping: A Change

Changes are being made to WhatsApp by adding a new shopping button, which will make it easier for customers to search the list of businesses. It will be easy for customers to know which goods or services are offered by which particular business. With this help, it will be easier for businesses to search for their products and this can help in increasing sales.  

With the new WhatsApp feature, users will now see a shopping button next to the profile of the business account. The button looks like a store icon. Pressing the shopping button will open the catalog and users will be able to select items according to their needs. The payments service is based on UPI and will allow for direct bank transfer payments from WhatsApp itself.  

How it will work:~ 

  • Go to any business account on WhatsApp. If the seller has uploaded a catalog to their business account, the user will see a shop symbol just next to the account name.

  • Pressing it will open the catalog and show the products that are available by trade. You can browse the catalog and see pictures of each product. If you like a product, press the message business button below the picture and you can get information about that particular product. Read More…

नए व्हाट्सएप फ़ीचर के साथ अब उपयोगकर्ताओं को व्यवसाय खाते की प्रोफ़ाइल के पास में एक खरीदारी बटन दिखाई देगा। बटन एक स्टोर आइकन की तरह दिखता है। शॉपिंग बटन दबाने से कैटलॉग खुल जाएगा और उपयोगकर्ता अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार वस्तुओं का चयन कर पाएंगे। भुगतान सेवा UPI पर आधारित है और व्हाट्सएप से सीधे बैंक हस्तांतरण भुगतान के लिए अनुमति देगा। 

शॉपिंग बटन का उपयोग कैसे करें:~ 

  • व्हाट्सएप पर किसी भी बिजनेस अकाउंट में जाएं। यदि विक्रेता ने अपने व्यवसाय खाते में एक कैटलॉग अपलोड किया है, तो उपयोगकर्ता खाते के नाम के ठीक पास में एक दुकान का प्रतीक देखेंगे।

  • इसे दबाने पर कैटलॉग खुल जाएगा और उन उत्पादों को दिखाएगा जो व्यापार द्वारा उपलब्ध हैं। आप कैटलॉग पर ब्राउज़ कर सकते हैं और प्रत्येक उत्पाद की तस्वीरें देख सकते हैं। यदि आपको कोई उत्पाद पसंद है, तो चित्र के नीचे संदेश व्यवसाय बटन को दबाए और आप उस विशेष उत्पाद के बारे जानकारी ले सकते हैं।
