Agriculture, Our Kitchen Garden

Organic produce is getting pricey everyday and everyone wants to eat healthy. You can easily save on expenses by growing vegetables indoors. It’s not as tedious as it sounds, hence, everyone must have a kitchen garden, where you can grow herbs and vegetables you use in everyday cooking.  

There was a piece of land near our house, which we developed as a kitchen garden. In this we sowed spinach, carrots, coriander, brinjal, garlic, onions and green chillies, which became quite popular in our neighborhood. Apart from this, we also planted some fruitful plants. It looked so beautiful that many people came to see it.  

It was the habitat of our pets. A shed was installed here to prevent sun and rain and an underground water tank, an open tank and a hand pump were also provided, if for any reason the water supply is shut down, then, there should not be any problem for the water.  

Most of our time was spent in this piece of land, one of the reasons was that we had to go there to take care of the animals and secondly, it became a beautiful garden, which had rosewood, neem, plum, mulberry and pomegranate trees, which now started giving good shade and fruits.Read More… 

ऑर्गेनिक उत्पादन हर रोज महंगा हो रहा है और हर कोई स्वस्थ खाना चाहता है। घर के अंदर सब्जियां उगाकर आप खर्चों को आसानी से बचा सकते हैं। यह उतना थकाऊ नहीं है जितना यह लगता है, इसलिए, हर किसी के पास एक रसोई उद्यान होना चाहिए, जहाँ आप हर रोज़ खाना पकाने में उपयोग होने वाली जड़ी-बूटियाँ और सब्जियाँ उगा सकते हैं। 

हमारे घर के पास जमीन का एक टुकड़ा था, जिसे हमने किचन गार्डन के रूप में विकसित किया। इसमें हमने पालक, गाजर, धनिया, बैंगन, लहसुन, प्याज और हरी मिर्च की बुवाई की, जो हमारे पड़ोस में काफी लोकप्रिय हुआ। इसके अलावा, हमने कुछ फलदार पौधे भी लगाए। यह इतना सुंदर दिखता था कि कई लोग इसे देखने आए। 

यह हमारे पालतू जानवरों का निवास था। सूरज और बारिश को रोकने के लिए यहां एक शेड लगाया गया था और एक भूमिगत पानी की टंकी, एक खुला टैंक और एक हैंड पंप भी प्रदान किया गया था, अगर किसी भी कारण से पानी की आपूर्ति बंद हो जाती है, तो, पानी के लिए कोई समस्या नहीं होनी चाहिए। 

हमारा अधिकांश समय इस भूमि के टुकड़े में बीता, इसका एक कारण यह था कि हमें जानवरों की देखभाल करने के लिए वहाँ जाना पड़ता था और दूसरी बात यह है कि यह एक सुंदर बगीचा बन गया था, जिसमें शीशम, नीम, बेर, शहतूत और अनार के पेड़ थे, जो अब अच्छी छाया और फल देने लगे।
