In the evening our train reached at Belgaum railway station around 5 pm. We got off the train and gathered on the platform. Although it was an official visit, we had no problem, as our people were waiting for us. 

They welcomed us, inquired about it if there was any difficulty along the way. Then took our official papers and counted our people. After checking all the papers, he brought us with him to the place where he had arranged the trains for us. Thus we were away from our house at the new house.  

But the journey was not yet complete. After reaching there, there was some change in where we had to stay. We were about six hundred boys from all over India. शाम को हमारी ट्रेन 5 बजे के आसपास बेलगाम रेलवे स्टेशन पर पहुँची। हम रेल गाड़ी से उतरकर प्लेटफॉर्म पर इकट्ठा हुए। हालांकि यह एक आधिकारिक यात्रा थी, इसलिए हमें कोई समस्या नहीं थी, क्योंकि हमारे लोग हमारी प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे। 

उन्होंने हमारा स्वागत किया, रास्ते में किसी तरह की कठिनाई तो नहीं हुई, इसके बारे में पूछताछ की । इसके बाद हमारे आधिकारिक कागजात लिए और हमलोगो की गिनती की । सभी कागजो की जांच करने के बाद वे हमें अपने साथ वहाँ ले आए, जहाँ उन्होंने हमारे लिए गाड़ियों का प्रबंध किया था। इस प्रकार हम अपने घर से दूर नए घर पर थे।

लेकिन यात्रा अभी पूरी नहीं हुई थी। वहां पहुँचने के बाद हमें कहाँ ठहराना था, उसमें कुछ बदलाव हो गया। हम पूरे भारत से लगभग छह सौ लड़के थे। उन्होंने रात के खाने की पेशकश की, लेकिन हम में से अधिकांश एक लंबी और थका देने वाली यात्रा के कारण नहीं खा पाए थे। अंत में, अगली यात्रा के बारे में सोचते - सोचते हम सो गए।

Citrullus colocynthis, which has many common names including colocynth, bitter apple, bitter cucumber, desert gourd, sodom vine or wild gourd.
